Having coached for over a decade at the NCAA DII level, Stephen leads the BCoA with a coaches mindset. He is devoted to helping coaches improve their ability to coach and mentor.

A basketball enthusiast, Jaime comes to the BCoA after a successful career in publishing. Her most impressive basketball achievement might be winning her NCAA pool three times!
Adriane Mattola
Director of Events
Having played and coached at the NCAA Division I level, Adriane brings a valuable perspective to the BCoA. Her passion to help improve coaches abilities is undeniable.

Head of Social Media
After 14 years serving as a High School Basketball coach and Athletic Director, Tim's focus is now on enriching the lives of coaches here at the BCoA
